Return Policy

Online Orders
  • After receiving the goods, product should be checked as soon as possible. Masks are personal hygiene products and have reasonable exceptions as stipulated in Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act. Merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged once package is opened. 
  • Once the order is established, to modify the content of the order (such as quantity, item, etc.), simply cancel your order and place a new one instead. 
  • No order cancellation accepted once the order is in the shipping process. 
  • When order is confirmed, we will ship out your items within 1-3 working days (weekend and national holiday deliveries are not offered). 
  • We accept credit card (Visa/Master/JCB/U-Card) and your order will be charged by NT dollars.

International Returns
  • Customer should pay the delivery fee if parcel is returned due to wrong delivery information and also are responsible for the shipping charge for resending parcel. 
  • Shipment return and exchange are not accepted, if you refused the shipment from KatunCare, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us.

Local Returns
• After receiving the merchandise, please check items as soon as possible. Masks are personal hygiene products and have reasonable exceptions stipulated in Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Law. Once items are opened, they cannot be returned.
• Merchandise must have all package unopened and returned in original packaging. Merchandise returned without the original package, or with any damage condition, may result in delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.
